SHOPPING QUESTIONS

What are the modes of shipping? Do you ship worldwide?

Since we ship on a pick-up basis through any same-day courier service c/o the buyer, we currently cater only to Metro Manila (or greater Metro Manila depending on the availability of the courier service chosen).

Please note that we consolidate orders on certain pick-up days (thrice a week). We will coordinate with the buyer immediately re pick-up upon order confirmation.

Pick-up location is in San Antonio Village, Makati City, NCR, 1203.

How can I request a refund?

If there is a defect or issue with the item, we would gladly refund you by depositing it in your bank account. However, we require that a request for refund be done within three (3) days from receipt of the item/s.

What are the modes of payment?

We have Paypal, which allows you to pay via credit card and direct bank transfers to our BPI and Metrobank accounts. The account numbers will be shown upon checkout and in the email confirmation.

Please use your Order ID (subject of the email you will get upon ordering) as the payment reference or input it in the Notes/Remarks of the Transfer. We will not confirm until we have verified this and the funds have cleared.
